The playground is run down. Most of the modules are broken. The park put chains and yellow signs on one of the slides which the kids could pass with ease. If there was something dangerous (which I didn't see) the kids were exposed to it anyway.
Cute little park to walk your dogs it has a small playground and it's big enough to host a party at. It's usually fairly clean. The duck pond is nice as well. It seems like the ducks live there year round so in the spring time you get to see their babies. :)
But like everywhere else in L.A there are a few homeless people living there.
If you want to take some rest from your routine, take some coffee and come to enjoy your time. It is a quiet place, not many visitors.
Saw some teenagers like 12-14yrs old smoking weed in front of the pond and tried to report it to the police and park rangers but it’s been 30 min and nothing. Anyways I don’t want to bring my kid here anymore and the sidewalks could use some cleaning
For over forty years I have visited Reseda Park feeding the squirrels and ducks never gets old enjoyment at its finest. Family friends and animals pleasing good times continue
Great park to play tennis, basketball, and baseball as well as take a stroll around the pond. There are a lot of geese and ducks and the walkway around the pond might have their droppings along the way so watch your step.
This is a relatively peaceful park with nice bird watching. I've been seeing Canadian geese here for the last few months, and they are nice to see. There are just a few benches, so I'd recommend bringing a picnic blanket and sitting on the grass under the many trees. Lots of shade from said trees! Four stars because the benches there were, were covered in bird droppings completely. Not sure how often/if they are cleaned.
Beautiful, calm park. Has a tennis, basketball court and a pool!
